Klemen Vidic


    Klemen Vidic started his first business while he was still a
  student at the Business University in Ljubljana, Slovenia. After
  being involved in initiating the political reforms of the new
  found country of Slovenia, his passion led him to the world of
  Real Estate in 1995 as an Agency owner and grew into a
  developer with some of the biggest RE projects in the nation
  by raising hundreds of millions at the Stock Exchange in
  London and worldwide. At Doksa he was the initiator of the
                                   vision for the real estate fund and is overseeing the work of the
                                   regional directors. Today he is a sought after motivational
                                   speaker across Europe and USA. His great passion is to use
                                   finances to change the world.

Leon Grabenšek


   Leon Grabenšek cooperates at strategic steering,
  sourcing and management of real estate projects, financial
  constructions and securitizations of large real estate
  endeavours. He has founded five businesses and has
  business connections all over the world. Among others he
  designed a Wireless Hotel Biometric System, worked for
  Microsoft and was Head of Development in IT company. He
                                   has also founded Publishing Company Chrio for books he
                                   writes.  He is also a holder of a patent for biometric payment.
                                   He is a speaker at events for businessmen. Leon holds a
                                   MSc and BSc degree in Informatics.

  Igor Ivakič is responsible for sales within Adriatic network
  of subsidiaries, employees and contacts.  Igor has lots of
  experience in growing successful business and managing
  people in a very challenging business environment. At the
  beginning of his career he was a top achiever in a direct 
  sales company.
  Igor also owns a cleaning service business.

Marinko Martinis


  Marinko is responsible for business development and
 operations in Europe with Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro
 as additional territories he is taking care for. After 10
 years in the family  business  as manager in the tourism
 sector he started in  the field of real estate and finance. He
 has an extensive knowledge from the local market with a
 wide network of  contacts, and is able to provide complete
                         and accurate  information for achieving business success
                          with real estate and project investment. He is a graduate
                          on a  private   faculty of Economics – Management,
                          currently on part  time postgraduate studies in Marketing
                          and Communications. His hobbies are traveling and sport.
                          He is fluent in Croatian, Italian, and good in English.

Alexander Petritz


  Alexander Petritz is a regional developer and urban
 planner, specialized in the South-East-European region.
 He was the Austrian Government Coordinator for 
 Reconstruction and Development for the former Yugoslav
 area with mission-focus first on Bosnia and Herzegovina, 
 later on Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, and Kosovo. For
 many years he has worked for commercial companies
                          and Financial Institutions in South East Europe. In recent
                          years, Petritz held the position of CEO and Chairman of the
                          Managing Board first of Hypo-Alpe Adria Consultants and
                          Development, and later Immorent Belgrade (Erste Bank
                          Group Development), where his duties included structured
                          investment development, corporate investment
                          management and strategic property development. He has
                          written various publications in the field of regional
                          development, urban planning, and real estate development.

Myriam Cuche


  Myriam Cuche has been consulting different French and
  other international and domestic companies and
  institutional investors in Croatia and Montenegro for last 5
  years on sales and investing into industrial and real estate
  market. Myriam holds the licence in law. She likes

  Spanish and English.

Fabio Locatello


  Fabio has 24 years of experience in finance and real
 estate sectors with emphasis on leisure sector. He has
 been holding Senior level positions within the Sales &
 Marketing and the Finance areas in American and German
 global companies, last position being Vice President Sales
 Europe for RCI Italia/Wyndham Resorts Group, operator of
 world's largest lodging franchiser. He is also coowner of
                          Real Estate advisor for the Real Estate and luxury leisure
                          industry for Italian and international markets. Fabio holds
                          BSc in Economics and is fluent in Italian and English.

  Lajos holds a certificate in Economics, and has several
 years of experience as an entrepreneur. In 1997 he  
 obtained the certificate of a professional Real Estate Agent
 and Appraiser in Budapest. Since then he has been
 active exclusively in this business as a property investment
 expert and a consultant. He took part in the preparation
                          and execution of several large investments (in average
                          volume   of 35 M Euro+ projects), and successfully sold
                          more properties (hotels, office buildings, shopping malls,
                          residential parks, development sites) as well. In Hungary
                          his business partners are mainly real estate developers,
                          property funds and hard money lenders. Due to his
                          experience of 12+ years and his connections he has
                          become one of the most recognized professionals in the
                          Hungarian real estate market.

Andrea Márton


  Andrea holds a BA diploma in Economics and also a Bank
 Consultant diploma with a certificate of Advanced Banking
 Studies. Besides finishing her studies she worked for
 Citibank Hungary as a personal banker and later as a
 product manager for two years, therefore she obtained the
 certificate of Securities’ Dealer. After the bank she stayed 
 at the financial sector, and worked as a product manager 
                          for AEGON General Insurer, where she had the opportunity
                          to fulfill a 12-months term Management Trainee Program 
                          as well. In 2003 she has turned to the real estate 
                          sector; therefore she obtained the certificate of a 
                          professional Real Estate Agent and Appraiser. She has
                          been working in several fields of real estate business in the
                          last years; starting from preparing consumer appraisals
                          until taking part in the developments, and providing
                          consultancy and analytical guidance for international 
                          property developers and hard money lenders. During this
                          time she could gain a lot of experience and professional
                          connections in the real estate market.

Kaspars Korbs


     Kaspars is responsible for business development and
   operations in Latvia and Estonia. His experience includes
   management, sales, marketing, and project management
   in multinational and local companies. He is also a
   Secretary General at Latvian Real Estate Developers
   Association. His hobbies are sports in general, especially
   triathlon, ice hockey and non-profit organizations.
   Kaspars holds MBA and BSc in System Analysis and is
                            fluent in Latvian, English, and Russian.

Agata Ryś


     Agata has 12 years of experience in general management
  and have deep knowledge of the Polish commercial real
  estate market. She is a graduate of Academy of
  Economics - Management and Marketing, she also
  completed postgraduate studies in Management of Real
  Estates. She is the licensed property manager and
  licensed real estate broker. She has a wide knowledge
                           about management of retail centers. During her career
                           Agata was responsible for asset management,
                           assessment,  development and operations of the Shopping
                           Centres. Agata likes new challenges, travelling, swimming,
                           and her hobby is collecting aphorisms.

Laura-Madalina Spataru


    Madalina Spataru is responsible for business development
  in Romania. Madalina has offered consultancy in a wide
  range of domains, including real estate, renewable energy,
  human resources, marketing and public relations, as well
  as mass-media and advertising. With a BA in Political
  Science, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in
  Project Management, Madalina is passionate about real
  estate and has participated in the development of several
                           major real estate projects in Romania being responsible
                           for financing, development, as well as permits and
                           authorizations.

                            Juan Riviera holds Postgraduate legal qualification as
                            lawyer. With many years of lawyer experience he
                            occupied this post both in France and Italy. His specialty
                            is real estate and company law which he practiced not
                            only in France and Italy in a continuous way but also in
                            Spain, Canarian Islands, Togo and Montenegro. Juan
                            likes music, reading, tracking, riding and travels. He is
                            bilingual in French and Italian, fluent in Spaniard and
                            English, reads in Portuguese.

Simon Read


   Simon has extensive experience in the property, 
   technology and service industries across the UK market 
   and internationally. Most recently he was the Founder 
   and Managing Director of Hubworking, which operates 
   business meeting venues based in the City of London. He
   set-up the business in 2006 and exited in 2009 by selling 
   his shareholding. He also has significant board level
                            experience and he has successfully raised venture
                            capital finance, filed patents, and formed strategic
                            alliances with Blue-Chip companies, including Dun &
                            Bradstreet and American Express. Simon has also acted
                            as an advisor to the UK Government in the areas of
                            innovation and strategic development. Simon has a 
                            strong network of contacts in different vertical markets,
                            both in the UK market and internationally.
